LaLiga Golazos

LaLiga Golazos is the latest expansion to the Dapper Labs NFT collectible roster. Following in the wake of NBA Top Shot & NFL All Day, Golazos aimed to reach a more international audience and introduce them to a new way to show their fandom.

Bringing this project to life was an incredibly rewarding experience. The team at Dapper works quickly and building this brand and all it’s collectibles was no different. My focus was to bring the different teams together under one calendar, update the internal marketing, product, and game design teams, keep the creative directions for each component aligned, and make the whole process a bit more fun!

Collectible Design

In prep for the launch of LaLiga Golazos in October 2021, I worked alongside the creative directors to create a design system for the collectibles, benchmarked, and approved by LaLiga partners.

With the design benchmarks in hand, we shifted our focus to establishing, testing, and QA-ing the Unity-backed rendering pipeline.

This is a example of my favorite Collectible. Through game and economy design at Dapper the moments are being rendered on the pipeline and released through themed drops on the marketplace.


Product Announcement Video

So much greatness packed into one video! Working alongside the Creative Directors and Marketing team, to run the post-production this launch video came together to announce the launch of Golazos with some of the best players in the game. Production happened my first week with Dapper, but it was fun to pick up the ball and take it over the finishline.

Brand Visual Direction

In support of the launch, the creative team within Dapper created a visual direction that was utilized across social, PR, and web to announce the release of Golazos. This design system was created for the internal social team and partner agencies to rapidly respond to in-game happenings with streamlined content.

Landing Page

The key to this launch-ready landing page was to educate a new group of NFT collectors. LaLiga was Dapper’s first foray into international sports partnerships, we wanted to make the project approachable for a new audience.
